I am at my happiest being around so many creative and talented people; it is so exciting to welcome new and existing artists and makers to the studio.

I believe that when you visit Hope & Elvis you not only have the best Artists and Makers from around the UK and Europe but you get a complete experience and the chance to explore and develop your own creativity with likeminded people; whether it be to add to your existing practice, to just try something new or for no reason at all!

Everyone should experience the Hope & Elvis magic, I look forward to welcoming you x

Emma and Ruth
(Hospitality)

Emma (left of picture) and Ruth are my dream team on workshop days.
As well as being a very talented creative pair, they work really hard running around the studio making sure everyone is topped up with refreshments and Tunnocks Tea Cake….which have become a signature Hope and Elvis snack!!

Magie Hollingsworth

Our workshops would not be complete without an amazing lunch! Magie uses seasonal produce to create her fabulous vegetarian food….who knew sprouts in a salad could taste truly wonderful!

Being an amazing cook is just one string to Magie’s very talented bow. Magie works freelance creating the most beautiful tapestries for Ehrman along with her works in contemporary Papier Mache, which have been widely exhibited.

Emma Hagen

Everyone who visits Hope and Elvis will have had some contact with Emma (aka superstar!).
Emma works behind the scenes making sure that the H&E engine runs smoothly! Emma deals with all bookings and enquiries and everything in between…..as well as keeping a close eye on my appalling book keeping skills and generally keeping me in check!! Everybody needs an Emma (she’s ace)
